As a Junior Video Support, you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels regarding all video distribution aspects. Thanks to a perfect understanding of Believe products and client’s needs, as in-depth thinking of the music market, you will be able to debug our clients' issues and advice on best practices. You will also be utilizing Rights Management tools in order to maximize revenue for the clients.

Missions:

1/ Account Management:

• Clients daily support

• Clients issue resolution

2/ Rights Management:

• Catalog delivery to YouTube for YTAF
• Maximizing claims for client's catalog
• Manual Claiming requests
• Addressing Rights Issues on The YouTube Platform

3/ Internal Processes:

• Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution teams
• Ad-hoc video delivery tasks
• Ensure the content is being correctly monetized and irregularities free
• Follow established OKRs and work together with Global Head of Video
• Present features, case studies and creative best practices to internal team

1. Design, develop, implement and maintain efficient and reliable PHP applications
2. Participate in full stack development.
3. Perform analysis and articulate solutions.
4. Design underlying engineering for multiple product offerings supporting a large volume of end-users.
5. Develop project plans with task breakdowns and estimates.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
7. Solve a variety of complex problems and figure out possible solutions, weighing the costs and benefits.
8. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
9. Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and security measures
10. Perform other duties as assigned

• PHP, RDBMS, SQL is mandatory, preferred if knowledge of both PHP and Node.js stack
• Requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
• Javascript & CSS proficiency.
• Python / SHELL Scripting will be an added advantage.
• LINUX / UNIX familiarity, Zend framework familiarity will be an added advantage.
• Beginner / Intermediate level Cloud hands-on experience.
• AWS / GCP will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Minimum 3 years experience
