Role Description

This is a Freelance remote role for a Course Developer at WeWe Talent. The Course Developer will be responsible for:

• instructional design
• curriculum development
• analytical skills
• and course development on a day-to-day basis.

Your talent will be sourced to our client's platform.

Design compelling visuals for CRM channels including emails, in-app notifications, SMS, and more.

Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to ensure all designs align with the brand's voice and tone, and enhance the messaging.

Use data-driven insights to optimize designs and improve the performance of CRM campaigns.

Stay current with design trends and consumer preferences in the Indonesian market to ensure our designs remain fresh and engaging.

Create and update design guidelines and templates for the CRM team

PT In Fashion has Full Time opportunity for a smart, organized and strong Graphic Designer. PT In Fashion is a highly successful manufacturer producing fashion goods for an American customer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure all product images match our standard color
• Maintain an organized library of product images
• Create banners and marketing images
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
• Assist in the design and development of digital materials such as brochures, catalogs, and website graphics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, but fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply
• Strong skills in picture processing, color correcting, aesthetic appraisal, and design concept expression
• Knowledge of color theory and color management
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product photography
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
• Fluency in written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Must be located in Bali

• Analyse and design software's requirements and specification
• Develop, test and evaluate new or existing system to produce system application
• Have programming skill: C languages, C++, Java, Javascript, .Net, AS400, and /or COBOL
