We seek a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our US Tax & Accounting Firm client. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Client Interaction: Assist in managing client interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, records, and files.
  • Data Entry: Accurate data entry and management using various software and tools.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Research: Assist in gathering information and conducting research as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Sending, answering, and monitoring emails.
  • Requesting and documenting information for clients.
  • Receiving and organizing sensitive documents for clients.
  • Organizing payroll data and communication.
  • Onboarding and offboarding clients.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any Major
  • Previous experience in a Tax & Accounting firm is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in english.
  • Proactive and have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to learn new technical topics (the US tax system and accounting)
  • Ability to work independently, reliability, attention to detail
