The individual will contribute to Bank, FinTech and Cross border sales acceleration for Visa Direct in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payment and one of the key growth pillars in Visa Commercial and Money Movement Solution.
This role will be responsible for originating leads and supporting our country Leads to achieve sales targets and accelerating growth of Visa Direct across the region. We will be working in an agile environment, so this person must be passionate, driven and proactive in driving client conversations, and opportunities in achieving our goals. Visa is an organization that emphasize on collaboration, and
teamwork, a matrix organization, the person must be able to work along with both functional managers, however, maintain the ability to drive conversation both internally and externally to ensure Visa achieve a positive and right outcome for our customers and stakeholders.
Organizational savvy and interpersonal skills are critical, as we interface with specialized product groups, financial institution sales, merchant and acquiring sales, client consulting, marketing and corporate communications, legal, and finance to coordinate the end goal of achieving aspirational objectives.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
