- Perform administrative tasks related to collections.
- Daily follow-up with Dealer Consultants/Managers regarding inventory overdue by more than 1/2 days.
- Daily follow-up with Dealer Consultants/Managers regarding inventory overdue by more than 30 days.
- Assist the Collection Manager in generating follow-up data reports.
- Summarize the results of follow-up calls.
- Maintain and update reports in the tracker based on information provided by Dealer Consultants/Managers.
- Create summaries related to Dealer Consultant incentives.
- Proven work experience as an admin collection or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and assertively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
- Strong English language communication skills.
- Experience in writing reports in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple collection activities concurrently.
