  • Perform administrative tasks related to collections.
  • Daily follow-up with Dealer Consultants/Managers regarding inventory overdue by more than 1/2 days.
  • Daily follow-up with Dealer Consultants/Managers regarding inventory overdue by more than 30 days.
  • Assist the Collection Manager in generating follow-up data reports.
  • Summarize the results of follow-up calls.
  • Maintain and update reports in the tracker based on information provided by Dealer Consultants/Managers.
  • Create summaries related to Dealer Consultant incentives.
  • Proven work experience as an admin collection or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and assertively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong English language communication skills.
  • Experience in writing reports in English.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple collection activities concurrently.
