1. Work with managers to determine sales training needs.
2. Design and implement sales training program, including but not limited to preparing educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
3. Schedule and conduct group or individual training sessions.
4. Collect feedback from training attendants and identify the issues they had during the process.
5. Meet the target to ensure all training participants are ready to sell company products after meeting the specified training hours
