- Achieving sales target in its territory by managing excelling relationship and implement Syngenta GTM strategy to R2 Conducting Syngenta’s demand creation with growers.
- Execute demand generation activity to (FT, FM and other related demand activities) achieve targeted territory consumption with priority growers segments.
- Execute Demo.
- Provide agronomic expertise to farmer.
- Develop relationship with R2/kiosk to ensure product availability.
Accountabilities
- Conducts demand creation activities with growers and closely working with R2 in mapping, identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers.
- Organizes events to training, official demo), farmers meeting, field days and support priority Growers with knowledge on Syngenta’s products and application / according to the specific needs and GTM design.
- Ensure sales target are achieved in its territory by monitoring sales, provide support and maintain relationships with R2s.
- Works closely with growers and influencers in developing sales and market share of Syngenta products, especially New product Introductions (NPIs).
- Time allocation : 50% growers and 50% channel on territory.
