Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual elements, such as graphics, illustrations, and photographs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and strategies for client campaigns.
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers, ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive and visually appealing.
- Review and approve all creative assets before final delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure that visuals and copy align and create a cohesive message.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the creativity and effectiveness of our designs.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative projects and design skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
