- Supervises all academic matters relating to the FoB curriculum & program development, the teaching schedule and assignments, academic policies, and program offerings.
- Provides strategic leadership and direction to grow FoB in terms of student enrollment, research output, and broader community awareness.
- Develops, motivates, and evaluates subordinates’ performance to ensure the achievement of skills, knowledge and competencies.
- Ensures that the implementation of its programs are in accordance with and accountable to the institution’s policies and procedures.
- Develops and continuously enhances work plans, procedures, and standards for FOB , to ensure the faculty and staff understand the division’s strategies and goals.
- Ensures that the implementation of agreed upon work plans are well implemented in FoB in the short- and and long-term.
- Prepares the divisional budget and monitors the usage and adherence to this budget to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Accreditation: Monitor, manage, and execute accreditation preparation both for national and international accreditation, supervise implementation documentation of teaching learning, research, students’ activities as well as lecturers qualification to comply with the accreditation standards.
- Collaboration: work closely with government officials, other universities, and companies as well as faculty’s partners to support
- FOB events and projects. , Works closely with other higher educational institutions to support visiting professors/guest lecturers, students exchanges and double degree offerings.
