ABOUT THE ROLE
- Monitor and control Oil & Gas (OG) shipment for Import, Export, & Domestics
- Monitor and control KPI for customs clearance.
- Monitor and control invoice billing status to customers.
- Monitoring and control GP each month
- Maintain the Standard Operation Procedure and/or Work Instruction for each account.
- Review all SOP / Buying Rates / Selling Rates to ensure proper formalization for each existing account.
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Ensure support customer during audit to provide any data and document.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Logistics/Freight Forwarding Company and in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multi-national company environment.
- Supply Chain, Logistics, International freight forwarding, Customs clearance business process understanding.
Desirable:
- Meticulous with strong analytical & Problem Solving Skills
- Strong communication skills, Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Negotiation, Diplomacy & Excellent team working skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Numeracy skills & Statistics Skills
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks
