ABOUT THE ROLE
- Communication and coordinate with Field operation vendor
- Prepare and set document for submission to airlines
- Submit and monitor outward manifest timely and reconciliation manifest.
- Upload document such slip weight, storage invoice, PEB/NPE to Cargowise
- Send pre-alert
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major or relevant qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an International Logistics/Freight Forwarding Company and in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural multi-national company environment.
- -Solid understanding of product knowledge (Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight and Forwarding, Incoterms, etc.)
- Must have knowledge about DG
Desirable:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Motivated self-starter with good organization skills and ability to multi-tasking
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
