- Design the overall area strategy, including acquiring and collaborating with Mitra, followed by executing the plan as a way to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Oversee and manage the performance of a team, including regular coaching & mentoring.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing Mitra by up-selling and cross-selling existing products.
- Convey the consumer behaviour, market insight, field situation, and market trend insights to the Regional and Head office level to complete the overall sales strategy.
