Club Lounge Attendant (Fairmont Gold)
The position is responsible for assisting the daily operation of the Fairmont Gold department, ensuring the highest levels of Guest satisfaction at all times. Ensure that all Fairmont Gold Service Essentials and Operational Procedures are adhered to. Japanese-speaking ability is a plus point!

What you will be doing:
- Greet and Farewell guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- Identifying guest preference acting on them to ensure a service experience is created and communicate to team and updating profile plus.
- Use a Heartist® approach – make the guests Feel Welcome, Feel Heart-warmed, Feel Incredible, and Belong
- Ensure that every guest request is owned and resolved in a timely manner
- Provide the service based on the guest preferences
- Provide the check in and check out process at the lounge
- Ensure the service provided is done in a timely manner
- Build a strong relationship with the guest and anticipate their needs
- Provide a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Attention to detail in ensuring the lounge is well maintained at all times and that the ambiance changes in the lounge from one food and beverage presentation to the next.
- Cleanliness and work safety in Food preparation and service areas
- Efficiency of work in dish wash, pantry, and service preparations
- Timeliness in pick-up and delivery of menu items
- Accuracy in order taking
- Controlling inventory needed for Fairmont Gold pantry
