- Develops specific eCommerce strategy (eCommerce guidelines, terms and
conditions, product range, price positioning, relationship marketing, promotions,
in-store services and merchandising, training of key account customer staff)
- Develops business of key accounts steered by defined KPIs
- Analyzes and interprets e-commerce partners’ sales report to identify strength,
weaknesses and business opportunities
- Works together with regional brand managers for online promotion activities
and to ensure sales target for each business unit
- Works together with Trade Online Manager for digital marketing activities
- Identifies new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and
implement action plans
- Establishes and maintains strong relationship with e-commerce partners
