UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our apps and other interactive media. Working closely with the product owner, engineers, and strategic partner counterparts, they gather user requirements to design innovative ideas and storyboards that enhance user experience and drive digital growth. They will also test interfaces with users, prepare interface elements for developers and control the development quality in terms of UI. Additionally, also fine-tuning and syncing design processes and ensuring homogeneity of all product interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with strategic partner counterparts
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Review and approve designs, prototypes, and other deliverables
- Continually keep the design team updated with the latest changes /trends in Fintech industry standards
