Midplaza Hub is a new coworking space located in the heart of Sudirman. Managed by AYANA Hospitality, one of the leading hotel management companies in Indonesia, and designed by Gensler, a world-renowned architectural firm, the space is slated to open in Q1 of 2024. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads for Midplaza Hub. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the coworking space industry, as well as experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and community management.
Responsibilities:
- Brand awareness. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness of Midplaza Hub.
- Website and social media management. Manage the company's website and social media channels. Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of each channel and optimize the marketing budget accordingly.
- Community management. Plan and execute offline events to build a strong community presence. Build and manage a thriving community of members and users.
- Lead generation. Work with the sales team to close deals and achieve lead generation goals.
- Indonesian national, or foreign national willing to immediately relocate to Jakarta.
- Business level fluency in English and Indonesian spoken and written language. Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Public ecosystem presence & strong network - track record of and desire to continue engaging on a regular basis with entrepreneurial and corporate communities. History of thought leadership in areas relevant to startups and Japanese businesses in Indonesia.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and community management.
