Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends in the F&B industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and plans
- Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
