As the Human Resources Assistant Manager at MidPlaza Holding, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions and initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, employee onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist with employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and necessary paperwork.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
