- Define strategic sales plan together with Building Technology Country Business Director and AI regional BU to expand the right market segment for AI Indonesia.
- Maintain existing Customer (Banking, Offices) while deep dive more opportunities and find the new Customer with new market segment (Industrial, Data Centers, and Transportation).
- Maintain existing Bosch AI distributors/system integrator and find out new right distributors/partners to penetrate aggressively in the market.
- Creating good healthy pipeline and lead the projects actively.
- Deep understanding and implementing Key Account Management towards some specific Customers (Banking, Data Centers, Industrials, Transportations).
- Maintain good margin and cash flow including AR monitoring.
- Capable to work together across business units in Building Technology (Vs, COM, FAS) to create integrated life safety and security solutions towards the Customers.
- Capable to work together with overall Robert Bosch Indonesia team.
- Performance result oriented to achieve business plan target as individual and team.
