Job responsibility:
- Assist in provide legal advise/opinion/analysis in relation to (i) any legal matters of the company or (ii) business unit’s initiatives
- Assist in managing (including solve and negotiate) any disputes or legal risks of the company
- Assist in overseeing corporate action or transaction including managing all relevant internal approvals
- Responsible for drafting or reviewing all third parties’ contracts, term sheet, Memorandum Of Union, Terms & Conditions, internal procedures, contract templates, and power of attorneys
- Act as the main point of contact in day-to-day any other legal corporate matters, including managing relevant external parties (counsel, notary, and government institutions)
- Provide Legal Counsel for Management with regards to any legal matters involving the company.
- 2 years (or more) experience (preferably from law firm and under general corporate practice group or similar)
- Experienced in handling BKPM OSS System
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization;
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Hands-on mentality, ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Excel/ Google Sheets
- Good proficiency in written and verbal English
- Domiciled in Jabodetabek.
- Able to join ASAP.
