Our client is in search of a Township Management Director to lead their new township project. This executive role centers around guiding the overall operational and strategic direction of the township. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the community, ensuring its sustainable growth, and promoting the well-being of its residents
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee township operational activities, ensuring efficient and well-managed operations.
- Develop urban planning strategies focused on economic growth and public wellness.
- Enhance public service facilities, town safety, and natural environment, along with setting strategies for tenant and resident complaint handling.
- Formulate and manage both long-term and short-term budgets to balance income and expenses, and oversee expenditures according to budget plans.
- Establish strong relationships with all stakeholders, including coordination with local, district, and provincial governments, as well as central government, private institutions, and local communities.
- Develop and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities that positively impact the surrounding community and enhance the company's image.
- Minimum of 5 years at the Director level. specifically in township management.
- Experience managing completed projects, including wastewater treatment and infrastructure.
- Candidate should Not be more than 55 years old.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Open to local candidates or Chinese expatriates.
- Leadership skills (for a team exceeding 20 professionals)
