Our client, a prominent property development company, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to oversee their new township area. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role requires a strategic leader with strong conceptual planning skills. This position is open to both local and Chinese expatriate candidates. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee market research to understand trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and potential risks.
  • Develop targeted sales and marketing strategies, aligning them with market segmentation.
  • Establish and enforce sales and marketing standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to business ethics.
  • Plan and manage the sales and marketing budget, guaranteeing efficient and planned utilization.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets while effectively managing associated risks.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement effective problem-solving and complaint-handling procedures to address issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role, specifically in township management.
  • Experience managing completed projects, including wastewater treatment and infrastructure.
  • Candidate should Not be more than 55 years old.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Open to local candidates or Chinese expatriates.
  • Leadership skills (for a team exceeding 20 professionals)
