- Making financial projection for financing, business expansion, and new business purposes.
- Participate in Financing process from Information Memorandum, Term Sheet, Loan Agreement, and draw-down.
- Conduct data interpretation and analysis report such as industry analysis, market analysis, business competition analysis, target market analysis.
- Analyzing the company's financial performance ratios based on data from financial statements.
- Prepare and assist in yearly budgeting and forecasting, strategic plan and improvements.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or financial management with min GPA 3,00
- 2-3 years experiences, preferably having experience in loan financing agreement, merger & acquisition.
- Having deep understanding of financial projection.
- Able to work individually and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English
