- Lead & manage the procurement teams to deliver annual business objectives
- Develop and manage metrics, KPI’s, reporting tools (automation) to track performance and cost
- Partner closely with business and operations leaders to identify opportunities to deliver continuous cost optimization, including working capital improvement
- Lead, drive and support Transformation project initiatives to unleash the full potential of procurement / supply partners’ capabilities to create long-term value
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to develop a strong functional team of subject matter experts, driving talent development and succession planning
- Create an environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing and personal development, motivating team members to act as entrepreneurs
- Partner closely with business and operations leaders to identify business risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans
- Create a compliant mindset across the global procurement organization, ensure internal compliance standards, financial controls, and delegation of authorities are understood and adhered to.
- Lead, inspire and build a modern global procurement community creating value for our business
- Define and execute strategic priorities effectively across cultures and geographies
- Drive sourcing / procurement strategies that support both short term business needs and long term growth targets Modernize vender management and interactions and fully capitalize on supply base capabilities
