- Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity.
- Submit daily KPI to respective unit's and also check daily KPI submission from all Warehouse.
- Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse
(Visualization, All VAS, Closing activity, Order back log and storage in WH). - Follow proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation.
- Supporting administration process related to warehouse activity (customer
complaint, urgent delivery, transfer stock monitoring, and claim letter).
