- Supporting operational function for domestic transportation activity.
- Monitoring and following up on delivery status from Warehouse Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, and Makassar to all Indonesia area using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard".
- Monitoring & following up on POD Return (Proof of Delivery) using "Shipment Tracking Dashboard"
- Establishing a proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation
- Supporting administration process related to transportation activity (customer complaint, urgent delivery, PPFTZ documents return, pick up request, transfer stock, and claim letter).
