- Monitor and co - ordinates on materials shortages, expediting and ensuring availability to support production plan
- Maintain and improve system, process and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
- Check and ensure completeness and consistence of purchase orders, contracts and shipping list for the entire for the inventory process
- Track order and investigate problems
- Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
