- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
- Collaboration with Recruitment Advisor for proper candidate placement for clients and communicating about job orders from clients.
Negotiation and Offer Process:
- Facilitate communication between candidates and recruitment advisor during the interview and offer stages.
- Negotiate compensation packages and other employment terms.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to legal and ethical recruiting practices, including equal opportunity employment laws.
