Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business presales and sales executives to design cutting-edge payment processing architectures.
Create customized demonstrations of the Payment solution.
Understand customers' architecture, resiliency, RPO, and RTO requirements within the payment context.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Architecture, Implementation, Marketing, Development) to work as a virtual account team.
Develop and maintain a long-term strategic Account Development Plan with sales executives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level application software architecture, with a focus on Cloud or Payments.
Prior experience in creating proposals, demos, and presentations for customers.
Preferred experience in enterprise payments architecture, building payments solutions, or FI payment operations.
Ability to communicate technical, architectural, and resilience concepts clearly to customers through demos and proposals.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Understanding of Wholesale Payment Systems and how banks utilize them.
Familiarity with Cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and technology.
