Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business presales and sales executives to design cutting-edge payment processing architectures.

• Create customized demonstrations of the Payment solution.

• Understand customers' architecture, resiliency, RPO, and RTO requirements within the payment context.

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Architecture, Implementation, Marketing, Development) to work as a virtual account team.

• Develop and maintain a long-term strategic Account Development Plan with sales executives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise-level application software architecture, with a focus on Cloud or Payments.

• Prior experience in creating proposals, demos, and presentations for customers.

• Preferred experience in enterprise payments architecture, building payments solutions, or FI payment operations.

• Ability to communicate technical, architectural, and resilience concepts clearly to customers through demos and proposals.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

• Understanding of Wholesale Payment Systems and how banks utilize them.

• Familiarity with Cloud providers like AWS or Azure.

• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and technology.
