- Demand creation planning and drive execution on the field to increase Syngenta Market share in the key rice area in the region
- Lead business and market development in the region (Market Potential vs Team Coverage, Channel Distribution Strategy, Farmer’s Insight on Effective Campaign Activities)
Accountabilities
- Understand Syngenta’s business and operation in district level
- Works closely with Syngenta commercial team in district to understand how to develop sales and market share of Syngenta products
- Help and assist key growers on agronomy and crop protection solutions from Syngenta products
- Organize official demo, farmers meeting, trainings, field days and other pull activities/events according to the specific needs
- Time allocation : 50% in growers/influencers and 50% in channel
