- Support Brand Manager to manage the existing brands and prepare for new product introductions
- Support Brand Manager to create and implement brand strategies, developing value proposition and creative key visual and brand story
- Support to introduce new technology to growers, aligned to functional and emotional grower needs, and further strengthen the leadership position of Syngenta in the Indonesia agriculture market
Accountabilities
- Support Brand Manager to Create brand plans, campaign strategies and achieve growth ambitions
- Manage end to end cross-functional activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of brand objectives.
- Support brand manager Introduce new technology and innovation to the portfolio and launch to the targeted growers segment.
- Support brand manager to develop A&P plans and co-ordinate implementation with the Campaign Team and creative agencies.
- Support to create pricing analysis, pricing strategy and channel strategy, aligned with overall marketing objectives for each brand.
- Conduct Focus Group Discussion with customer to understand customer satisfaction on certain brands and strengthen Syngenta branding position.
- Analysis market data/ competitive situation and support decision based on fact and data.
