a. Draft, review, translate, finalize and file agreements, contracts and other legal documents.
b. Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties for finalizing contracts.
c. Provide an accurate legal opinion, legal advice, summary or a review of government regulations relating any legal topics (corporate, labour, industrial, etc).
d. Arrange and obtain licenses for corporate business, such as OSS and industrial license. Communicate with government officials and maintain a good relation and compliance.
e. Handle government reporting, such as LKPM and industrial reports on schedule.
f. Handle Shareholders meetings, BOD meetings and other corporate matters, including preparing its resolution documents and liase with notary for notarial deeds.
g. Provide any other legal needs as requested by the management.
