- Grow the Power Tools business with focus on key users, strategically developing them according to their relevant Trades, Products and Applications.
- Develop Direct Sales without conflict with retail driven sales.
- Devise, coordinate and deliver detailed strategies to maximize the profitable potential of the assigned key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer network and provide the necessary sales and aftersales support and value added services (logistics, first level technical support, financials, commercial and concept training).
- Manage user contact data, frame contracts and pricing discussions, and fulfil international coordination requirements.
- Have close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the performance criteria, schedule and budget expectations.
