We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Lead to join our team at Ajaib. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our DevOps practices and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the DevOps practices and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of our systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and oversee the deployment and release processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, recommend and implement improvements.
- Work with development teams to optimize the CI/CD pipeline and automate repetitive tasks.
- Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, setting goals and providing guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps.
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficient with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Knowledge of networking and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
