Responsibilities :
- Develop key monitoring metrics which can serve as useful performance and risks indicators
- Create clear and clean data dashboards for management reporting
- Analyze data critically, form logical conclusions and work on various strategies for process improvement and optimization
- Participate and support ad-hoc onboard projects requiring extensive quantitative data analysis and data-heavy reporting
- Ensure proper execution and oversight of selected onboard initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments and develop clear operational
- Understanding of various activities and institute realistic and practical onboard controls
- Minimum 5 years experience in onboarding/ credit underwriting; with a focus on data analysis and dashboard creation, especially in financing industry.
- Prior experience with CRM platforms and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and data-heavy environment.
- Good communicator, team player and able to work well in a cross-cultural team.
- Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Strong critical and logical thinking.
