- Craft and articulate a comprehensive strategic product vision and roadmap across multiple domains, effectively aligning the various roadmaps with the company's overarching vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the concurrent execution of multiple roadmaps, empowering and supporting the team to overcome unforeseen obstacles.
- Contribute to Moladin's product organizational thinking, shaping the evolution of the product and making a significant impact on how users derive value from Moladin applications.
- Go beyond the core focus of product development, taking ownership of end-to-end product development processes from ideation to go-to-market strategies and impact evaluation.
- Take on the responsibility of leading an entire product business vertical, driving measurable success through a defined set of key performance metrics for each team.
- Implement large-scale product initiatives by leveraging a combination of strategic analysis, design, platform development, and insights from data science.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven track record as a high-performing leader in product management, with a strong product sense and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and execute product vision.
- Passionate about addressing real people problems at scale.
- Extensive experience leading significant product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build consumer or business facing applications, and experience in scaling up highly productive product teams.
- An analytical and strategic thinker who can simplify complex problems by creating clear frameworks and scalable solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with deep understanding of product performance measurement and familiarity with experimental methods and analysis, including knowledge of SQL.
