  • Craft and articulate a comprehensive strategic product vision and roadmap across multiple domains, effectively aligning the various roadmaps with the company's overarching vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the concurrent execution of multiple roadmaps, empowering and supporting the team to overcome unforeseen obstacles.
  • Contribute to Moladin's product organizational thinking, shaping the evolution of the product and making a significant impact on how users derive value from Moladin applications.
  • Go beyond the core focus of product development, taking ownership of end-to-end product development processes from ideation to go-to-market strategies and impact evaluation.
  • Take on the responsibility of leading an entire product business vertical, driving measurable success through a defined set of key performance metrics for each team.
  • Implement large-scale product initiatives by leveraging a combination of strategic analysis, design, platform development, and insights from data science.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven track record as a high-performing leader in product management, with a strong product sense and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and execute product vision.
  • Passionate about addressing real people problems at scale.
  • Extensive experience leading significant product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms, and feature clusters.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully build consumer or business facing applications, and experience in scaling up highly productive product teams.
  • An analytical and strategic thinker who can simplify complex problems by creating clear frameworks and scalable solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with deep understanding of product performance measurement and familiarity with experimental methods and analysis, including knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to adopt a business owner's perspective and a genuine interest in understanding customer behavior and motivations.
  • Able to think both big picture and detail-oriented, capable of managing a portfolio of experiments and larger features.
  • Strong commitment to follow-through and accountability, setting high standards for oneself and the team.
  • Active listener who seeks consensus but can make difficult decisions when necessary, driving progress and taking responsibility.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a focus on achieving the highest level of success rather than settling for second place.
  • Thrives in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
