Assistant Operations Manager - MidPlaza Building

MidPlaza Holding is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at MidPlaza Building. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our tenants and visitors. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all the building equipment and its facilities are well functioned and fully maintained.
  • Achieving target of customer satisfactions by preparing plan, improvement, and maintaining the quality of service including handling complaints and problem solving, and any other related aspects.
  • Preparing operational budget and monitoring operational costs to be in line with budget.
  • Ensuring all matters pertaining to permits, licenses and any other administrative duties of building operation are valid and updated.
  • Conducting routine operational control activities.
  • Preparing operational reports.
  • Acting as the representative of the company for any matters related to government, local community, and vendor.
  • Coordinating with HR Department on matters pertaining to the operation department’s staff such as updating the number of operational staff, training arrangements, process of recruitment, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building management or any other similar job.
  • Possess good knowledge in handling operational activities; good communications, writing skills, and verifying tasks and project management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
