- Turnover, profit, distribution increasing responsibility for the region
- Implement central marketing activities in collaboration with local user journey marketing
- Support introduction and actively use digital sales workflows (CRM, B2B portal)
- Comment on turnover and profit (incl. Measures), visit evaluations and plans via CRM
- Train and instruct the retailerĀ“s trading staff
- Support the dealer with online dealer's business
- Lead and steer the business for retail and users in the defined territory as Business Owner: Active development, maintenance and growth of existing and potential dealers and users (product range, distribution)
- Take entrepreneurial decisions on potential oriented retail and user segmentation for a systematic market capture approach for all channels (face to face / digital / outbound / mixed)
- Develop direct user relationship to drive conversion and gain a deep user, market & competitor understanding
- Steer Bosch digital and human resources with retailers and users in the region, "orchestrate the region"
