We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. You will play a role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand. You will be part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused talent acquisition team based in Jakarta. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Qoala’s most important asset - its people!

Responsibilities

  • To Manage end-to-end recruitment.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including hiring managers, and external partner.
  • Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for main key stakeholders.
  • Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice; for example, you will run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the Talent Acquisition and HR team.
  • You will work closely together with other team members to make sure we attract and hire the best talent.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way.
  • Owning the full life cycle recruitment in one or multiple key areas within our organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in recruitment agencies and as an in-house recruiter.
  • Proven track record in handling high volumes of recruitment in dynamic environments.
  • Proficient in utilizing applicant-tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in creative sourcing and implementing effective interview strategies.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks
  • Passionate about Talent Acquisition with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
  • Driven to constantly improve the quality of work.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and locations.
  • Strives for and contributes to a positive working environment.
  • Experience in generating reports and presenting findings.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Self-driven and proactive in approaching tasks.
