We offer an exciting career opportunity at AYANA SAKA Museum for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of educational publications, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with the museum's educational objectives.
  • Work closely with curators, educators, and guest experience teams to develop and deliver educational write-ups that align with the museum's objectives and resonate with diverse audiences. This includes extended captions, artists' stories, wall texts, visitor booklet, and audio script.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to promote museum exhibitions and programs, utilizing both traditional and digital channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce compelling promotional materials that effectively communicate the museum's offerings and maintain the museum's brand presence.
  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy, managing various platforms to engage audiences, increase followership, and enhance the museum's online presence.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and adapt strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Assist AYANA Public Relations to coordinate all public relations activities relevant for SAKA exhibition and programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of media materials including press release, press statements, FAQs, and keynote presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of the following languages is a plus: Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
  • Able to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and leveraging them for brand promotion and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, expectations, and feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in communication preferably within the cultural or museum sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies.
