What you will do but not limited to:
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities in the Horticulture industry.
- Capturing new leads and execute business strategies and operational plans to drive growth and sales in the Horticulture business.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and present engaging sales presentation to potential customers.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for business improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present reports on business performance, sales, growth opportunities, and risk assessments.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, and/or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the AgriTech industry and has extensive experience in Horticulture is a plus point.
- Ability to identify and seize business opportunities in the AgriTech sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the AgriTech industry and its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for the AgriTech industry and leveraging technology for agricultural development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and results-driven environment.
