Job Responsibilities:
- Create concept and strategy for implementing Talent Identification system and process
- Create a concept and strategy for the Promotion process and procedure
- Implementing and manage end to end promotion process
- Implementing and managing the Talent Review process and all activity related
- Creating and implementing Talent Development Plan and also Individual Career and Development Plan
- Together with superior, discussing with top management about Replacement Table Chart and Talent Career Plan
- Monitoring Talent Development Activity
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is a must with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Having knowledge about the Talent Review process & proven to have done the Talent Review process in the previous company
- Having intermediate knowledge of Ms. Excel is a must (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, AVERAGEIFS, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc)
- Having Assessor Certification is a plus point
- Curiosity and spirit to learn new things
- Excellence in working with minimum supervision
