We are looking for an exceptional leader to develop and grow our start up business in Indonesia. This person must possess an entrepreneurial mindset combined with proven capability in growing a start-up successfully. You will be able to tap knowledge and expertise from HQ in Singapore, including significant tech and product support, leveraging on our existing tech platform to building custom solutions to suit the market demands.
Reporting to the Group CEO, this person will be an integral part of the Company's leadership team. This role requires the development and execution of both long and short term strategies to drive Supermom’s community, platform development, customer acquisition & retention, media sales and business profitability.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional willingness to be involved in all things "Customer" - from using data insights to develop changes to process or strategy, to measuring and managing the performance of the Customer Success and Product Sales teams, to identifying and delivering marketing materials to support the business growth
Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall operation, marketing, sales, and P&L of Indonesia
• Build and lead a diverse, inclusive, and high performing team to serve the Indonesian business
• Build a lean and high-output marketing team to drive Key Opinion Mothers (KOM) & customer acquisition
• Build a solid media sales team to drive revenue acquisition
• Work with product and technology team to improve product fit for Indonesia market
• Lead public relation initiatives
• Attract, develop, and retain industry’s best talent within a line of business or business function, actively developing a pipeline of successor talent for critical roles
• Work independently using marketing analytics tools to aid in reporting, execution, and optimization
• Ensure compliance with local government polices & regulations as well as Supermom ethics & country regulatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in start-up company in Indonesia, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset combined with proven capability in growing a startup successfully.
- Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English (as we will be working a lot of local Indonesian partners, from influencers to clients to agencies)
- Proven capability in developing different media revenue streams and growing business revenue
- Experience in the full spectrum of digital marketing activities
- Experience in churning and analysing data to support discussions and decisions
- Experience in working with regional teamsng and analysing data to support discussions and decisions
