AYANA Midplaza Jakarta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservation process and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include managing hotel inventory, cross selling and maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue, providing excellent customer service, and training and supervising reservation staff. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (e.g. Opera)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and good writing skill
