- Strong knowledge and understanding of Japanese ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and oversee the day-to-day operations in a busy kitchen.
- Passion for creating innovative and exciting Japanese dishes, with a focus on quality and presentation.
