Merger & Acquisition Associate Consultant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Consultant:  Act as a Project Consultant for corporate/ private equity/ investment company clients across a variety of economic sectors – energy, mining & metals, food & beverage/agribusiness, finance, etc. – focusing on topics such as IFC PS and EPIV, climate change risk assessment, and transaction related risks and opportunities assessment, among others. Ensure quality and timely delivery of project outputs within the allocated budget and teamwork.

  • Technical Delivery and Client Presentation: Provide technical inputs to the ongoing and potential projects and deliverables. Prepare and deliver presentations, facilitate interview sessions/ workshops and training sessions for the clients, including the senior management level, with support from senior consultants.

  • Business Development: Assist senior sellers and account directors/managers in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities with existing and new clients. Help develop proposals for clients, including methodological approach and description of tasks, budgets and team structures. 

  • Marketing and Communication Support: Support Indonesia Team and Regional Team (Southeast Asia) in building capacities and sharing knowledge and lessons learnt within internal ERM consultancy team. Also, support the preparation of marketing workshops, client webinars, and client communication materials.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science from a reputable university. Fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Preferably 1-2 years of consulting experience.

  • Being self-motivated and having a go-getter personality.

  • Strong analytical skill and communication skill.

  • Ability to understand technical concept/ information and disseminate it into a presentable material (e.g., report or slide deck).

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and commitment to deadlines.

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).

  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
