Position Purpose:
- To oversee all aspects of accounts relating to the PO and distribution of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Work with all stakeholders both internal and external parties. Models and acts in accordance with existing guiding principles and SOP.
- To oversee the inbound flow for SK-II markets. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.
Description of Duties:
Supply Logistics :
- Assist Demand Planner and import team, work closely with warehouse team
- Consolidate all procurement orders for SK-II market and submit to principal
- Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow up closely on order fulfillment and item availability
- Track freight spending.
- Provide weekly inventory and stocks in transit report and disseminate to stakeholders
- Manage stocks transfer for different sites
Customer Service :
- Create and process sales orders in SAP
- Create and process return orders from customer in SAP
- Prepare order fulfillment report, sales report, and inventory report
- Monitor delivery flow from warehouse to customers (vice versa)
- Transaction housekeeping
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possess 3 years of experience in supply chain.
- Good understanding of logistics process
- Strong customer service skills
- Good interpersonal and communication
- Strong coordination ability
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
