Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Improvement:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Change Management:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Provide training and support to team members to adapt to new processes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with various departments to align process improvement efforts with organizational goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points in current processes. - Documentation and Standardization:
Create and maintain documentation of improved processes and best practices.
Ensure standardization of processes across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a startup is a plus.
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Change management and stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools, GoogleSheet, SQL is a huge plus.
