- Learn about New Farming Ecosystem and Business Development activities and be a future asset for the organization
- Support respective team along with the Head of NFE &N BD with participating the strategy development and implementation.
- Support to introduce new ideas for the function relevant profitable for growers, aligned to functional and emotional grower needs, and further strengthen the leadership position of Syngenta and Centrigo in Indonesia agri market
Accountabilities:
- Learning and Development: Engage in a specific training program to understand the organization’s policies, procedures, and industry-specific knowledge.
- Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through different functions within the department to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business, such as Business Development, KAM, Finance, Brand and Communication.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate on projects under the guidance of seniors, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data related to agricultural processes, market trends, and financial performance to support decision-making.
