The Finance Manager will report directly to Regional Finance Controller and you will need to be hands on at work. This is a key role for the organization as you will be expected to provide accurate financial information to management for decision making and to maintain company cash flow and minimize risk of the company.

DescriptionPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Present financial information to executives, highlighting key trends and variances.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital.Implement effective cash management strategies to support day-to-day operations and long-term financial goals.Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.Budget Management:Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set realistic and achievable financial targets.Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.Financial Compliance: Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure the company's compliance.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and examinations.

This role is based in Jakarta and as a result of the government regulations we are only looking for Indonesian nationals. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong financial background and a solid understanding of finance and accounting, as well as some years of experience in a MNC business with matrix structure. We're looking for a dynamic professional with a strong ownership, a can-do attitude, good leadership skills and initiative to drive changes that impact the entire organization, including the ability to influence and motivate others, not limited to conflict resolution.Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualificationAt least 8-10 years of working experience in similar roles, experienced managing a team or work as a single contributorExperience using ERP SystemStrong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challengesStrong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the businessExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationshipsYou will have excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.High level of ethics and integrity
